Swing al dente is not only a fascinating musical journey through three decades of the Italian radio. It is also the funny story of a young Italian guy who pursues his great dream with passion and conviction. The young dreamer lives in a time when Italy discovers the American Dream and and when the country is seduced by the legendary Hollywood films and the "new music" that conquer the radios from overseas. So he decides to give it a try and move to Hollywood but he will soon realize that it’s not all sunshine and rainbows.
